Scrum Master - Aviation & Travel sector

At Agap2, we're looking for a Scrum Master with experience leading agile teams to join an exciting, long-term project for one of our key clients in the aviation and travel sector. You'll help guide product teams through agile ways of working, facilitate ceremonies, and remove blockers that slow down delivery. You'll also collaborate closely with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Engineering teams to keep releases running smoothly and continuously improve how the team works together. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution. Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement across teams. Coach teams on Agile principles, promoting self-organization and transparency. Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and clear user stories. Foster a positive, collaborative team environment. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient

compliant releases. Requirements 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach with solid knowledge of Scrum and agile frameworks. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Engineering). Proficient in Jira and Confluence; strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to guide teams through agile maturity and change. Knowledge of service transition and release management processes. Nice to Have Experience with dual-track agile and discovery practices. Familiarity with STIM or related release frameworks. Agile certification (CSM, PSM) and background in AI/ML or data-driven teams.
