Requirements
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager to support a major transformation programme. This position requires strong functional expertise across payroll and HR, combined with experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM implementations.
This role requires an Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll/HCM functional expert with hands-on experience.
You will guide solution delivery, manage complex dependencies, influence technical decisions, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation within a multi-supplier environment. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to operate independently., * Degree-level qualification.
- Strong payroll function knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of HR/People function across both transactional and strategic areas.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Experience working effectively within a multi-supplier environment.
- Minimum of two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM implementations in large organisations.
- Strong communication skills and high-quality documentation capabilities.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work independently.
Desirable Skills
- 10+ years' experience in complex ERP-enabled transformation programmes.
Top 3 Required Skills
- Two or more Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementations.
- Strong HCM Payroll expertise.
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion functional consulting experience.
