Job description

  • Support the development and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM solutions.
  • Lead decision-making around functional and technical solution design.
  • Manage delivery risks, issues, and change across multiple teams and suppliers.
  • Navigate a complex stakeholder landscape, providing expert guidance and communication.
  • Use data to inform planning, dependencies, and delivery assurance.
  • Ensure all services and deliverables meet required standards and governance.
  • Produce high-quality business documentation and functional materials.
  • Collaborate effectively across internal teams and third-party suppliers.

Requirements

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager to support a major transformation programme. This position requires strong functional expertise across payroll and HR, combined with experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM implementations.

This role requires an Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll/HCM functional expert with hands-on experience.

You will guide solution delivery, manage complex dependencies, influence technical decisions, and ensure successful end-to-end implementation within a multi-supplier environment. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to operate independently., * Degree-level qualification.

  • Strong payroll function knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of HR/People function across both transactional and strategic areas.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Experience working effectively within a multi-supplier environment.
  • Minimum of two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM implementations in large organisations.
  • Strong communication skills and high-quality documentation capabilities.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently.

Desirable Skills

  • 10+ years' experience in complex ERP-enabled transformation programmes.

Top 3 Required Skills

  • Two or more Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong HCM Payroll expertise.
  • Hands-on Oracle Fusion functional consulting experience.
