You'll support day-to-day IT operations including device setup, account management, software updates, troubleshooting and classroom tech support. You'll work through a clear ticketing system, receive modelling from senior technicians and follow structured procedures for diagnosing and resolving IT issues. You'll also help maintain servers, manage user permissions and support network reliability.
