Job description
You'll provide first-line technical support, assist with hardware setup, manage software installations, respond to support tickets and help maintain the school's networks and devices. You'll follow clear workflows, logging tasks and prioritising requests with guidance from senior IT staff. You'll also support ICT classrooms, troubleshoot classroom tech, and help implement digital upgrades across the school.
