Fund Data Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Fund Data Operations Analyst to join a high-performing team responsible for supporting a global investment fund platform. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in asset management operations to step into a dynamic environment and help strengthen the team's delivery, controls, and data quality processes. In this role, you will work across BAU and project activity, supporting the production of investor disclosures, fund lifecycle events, regulatory reporting, and transaction cost analysis. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, compliance, legal, finance, risk, client services, and external service providers which requires clear communication, strong organisation, and a commitment to accuracy. The team operates at pace, with multiple regulatory deadlines and processes that benefit from continuous improvement, making curiosity, discipline, and problem-solving essential. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar fund data operations function ideally with exposure to PRIIPs, UCITS, MiFID II, strong Excel capability, and an interest in data analytics or automation. A team-oriented mindset, high standards, and the ability to manage queries and stakeholder coordination effectively are just as important as technical skills.
