Data Analyst

Analyze and map source data from multiple insurance systems (policy, claims, quotes, pricing). Perform data profiling and data quality (DQ) checks using SQL, Python, and Azure tools. Collaborate with Data Designers to translate business requirements into technical mappings. Document data lineage, transformation logic, and quality rules. Support the development of DQ dashboards and reconciliation reports. Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of data artifacts.

6+ years of experience in data analysis and profiling. Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with Azure Data Factory and Databricks preferred. Familiarity with data quality frameworks and tools. Experience in insurance domain data is highly desirable. Strong analytical and documentation skills.
