Job description

As IT Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure and digital workplace projects, from requirement analysis to delivery.
  • Prepare and distinguish user vs. technical requirements to ensure projects align with client needs.
  • Manage and supervise project teams, motivating team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Apply IT best practices and methodologies, including ITIL and Agile, to optimize project delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources, proactively managing risks and solving issues.
  • Ensure proper implementation and adoption of infrastructure technologies (Azure, cloud, firewalls, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Windows Servers).
  • Oversee deployment and optimization of digital workplace tools (M365, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience managing infrastructure or digital workplace projects.
  • Solid knowledge of infrastructure technologies and digital workplace tools.
  • Project management certification is a plus (e.g., Prince2).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing teams, creating team spirit, and coaching team members.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
