IT Manager - Multinational Manufacturer

• Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity across head office and plants.
• Support ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and plan upgrades.
• Define and enforce cybersecurity, IT risk, and compliance policies.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and procurement.
• Control IT budget, resource planning, and cost optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team.

Professionele bachelor

Academische bachelor, * Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred).
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT risk management, and compliance (e.g. security policies, access control, data protection).
• Experience managing IT vendors, contracts, and budgets.
• Leadership experience with the ability to coach and manage small teams.
• Good communication skills in English.
