MISSIONS/ACTIVITIES

Operational management of change activity Follow-up of actions plans and backlogs Coordination of crisis/escalation meetings and taskforces Management of Network Infrastructures/Solutions Lifecycle (EOS IN/OUT, Obsolescence, vulnerabilities, maintenance) and Capacity in coordination with Product owner Improve monitoring capabilities & automations Management of Services Catalog and New services Transfer-To-Operate activities (Monitoring/Alerting, Backup, Documentation, Operating Model) Attendance to Contract Governance and performance reviews - Follow-up of Continuous Improvement Plan

Do you have experience in WAN?, Graduated in the IT field or equivalent, you have more than 5 years of experience in IT Production in particular in Network and telecom domain. Network technical skills are required. A good understanding of all the building blocks of the information system, application layers, servers, virtualization, Cloud will be appreciated
