We're on the lookout for someone who's passionate about making the most of Microsoft 365 to help teams work better, faster, and more securely. If you know your way around SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Purview-and love helping people get the best out of tech-this could be a great fit. You'll be part of a small, friendly IT team working on exciting projects that improve collaboration, data management, and digital workflows across the business. You'll also play a key role in a cross-functional project team led by our Head of IT. What you'll be doing: Rolling out and improving Microsoft 365 tools across the company. Helping teams collaborate more effectively and securely. Spotting opportunities to simplify and automate work. Supporting licensing and cloud services. Championing smarter ways of working. What we're looking for: Solid experience with Microsoft 365 apps and services. A good understanding of cloud deployment, data security, and compliance. Someone who's curious

Skills and Experience: Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience: Professional or higher education in IT or equivalent hands-on experience. Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, MS-900 (SC-900 or MS-721 a plus). Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups. Experience with PowerShell scripting for Office 365 support. Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Logic Apps, and Microsoft Purview. Understanding of Microsoft 365 roles and permissions. Comfortable working within ITIL service management and change processes. Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines. Creative problem-solver with excellent documentation skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Quick to learn new tools and apply them effectively. Up-to-date with digital trends and best practices. Desirable but not essential: Knowledge of document and records management. Familiarity with web standards and protocols (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
