SIMS/MIS Data Manager - Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire - January 2026

A large secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a knowledgeable and analytical Data Manager from January 2026 to oversee MIS systems, assessment data and statutory returns., You will be responsible for maintaining accurate student data, supporting reporting cycles and ensuring data integrity across the school. Duties include:

• Managing the school MIS (SIMS/Arbor/Bromcom)
• Producing assessment, attainment and behaviour reports
• Coordinating census returns and statutory submissions
• Supporting timetabling admin and class set changes
• Training staff on data systems and reporting tools
• Working with SLT on data analysis for whole-school planning
