Job description

As Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for administering and supporting a variety of hospitality and retail systems. This will include:

  • provide day to day support and coordination business systems
  • troubleshoot / problem solve technical issues (driving root cause analysis)
  • coordinate upgrades, releases etc.
  • maintain documentation as well as training and best practice support to users
  • work closely with 3rd party vendors
  • support on ongoing projects, including roll outs of new systems and applications
  • ensure systems are compliant with IT security standards

Requirements

Applicants for the Systems Manager role will have:

  • experience of supporting hospitality and/or retail systems, with strong knowledge of the hospitality / retail industries and processes
  • experience of hospitality / retail systems (e.g. Opera Cloud, Simphony)
  • excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience of working with 3rd party vendors
  • excellent coordination and organisation skills, with ability to work on projects
  • have access to own car/transport and driving licence, with flexibility to travel to various local sites

Benefits & conditions

Salary of up to £60,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits. Note this is an office based role.
