Applications Analyst

Exciting opportunity for an Applications Analyst to join a global business based in Wantage, offering chance to support exciting application / systems projects as well as long term career prospects!, The Applications Analyst role will be responsible for:

• gathering requirements, analysis, identifying need for new applications / systems
• translate business requirement into a technical solution
• application support, acting as an escalation point for 3rd party support provider
• project management activities
• investigate and troubleshoot application issues

Applicants for the Applications Analyst role will have:

• strong knowledge of SAP and familiarity with its various modules / functionalities

• experience of a programming language (e.g. ABAP)

• experience of application / systems support, as well as experience managing projects
