Your new role We are seeking a Documentation Controller / SharePoint Specialist to take ownership of our large-scale Healthcare system, and manage SharePoint solutions across the business. In this role, you will:
- Manage and maintain the database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of technical documentation.
- Design, implement, and customise SharePoint features to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify information.
- Provide support and troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO:9001 and ISO:27001 documentation standards. This position offers a high degree of autonomy, problem-solving, and the chance to make a real impact on mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Documentation Controller, SharePoint Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, user-friendly language.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019, plus a solid understanding of SharePoint architecture.
- Technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret code.
- Knowledge of ISO documentation standards and best practices.
- Relevant certifications or training in documentation and SharePoint will be highly advantageous.
