This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional FM environment, supporting a busy helpdesk operation and playing a key role in service delivery., As a Helpdesk Operative, you will act as the first point of contact for service requests, ensuring all jobs are logged accurately and managed efficiently through to completion., * Handling incoming calls and emails from clients
- Logging, updating, and closing jobs on the CAFM system
- Coordinating engineers and subcontractors
- Monitoring job progress and chasing updates where required
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met
Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Previous experience in an FM helpdesk or similar role is desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using IT systems and CAFM software
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
