Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional FM environment, supporting a busy helpdesk operation and playing a key role in service delivery., As a Helpdesk Operative, you will act as the first point of contact for service requests, ensuring all jobs are logged accurately and managed efficiently through to completion., * Handling incoming calls and emails from clients

  • Logging, updating, and closing jobs on the CAFM system
  • Coordinating engineers and subcontractors
  • Monitoring job progress and chasing updates where required
  • Delivering a high level of customer service
  • Ensuring SLA and KPI targets are met

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, * Previous experience in an FM helpdesk or similar role is desirable

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using IT systems and CAFM software
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
