Job description

Are you an experienced BMS Manager with a passion for cutting-edge smart building technologies? We are seeking a highly skilled BMS Manager to join a dynamic team focused on the operation and optimisation of intelligent building systems within a flagship office environment in London. As the BMS Manager, you will take ownership of the building's integrated systems, including BMS, EMS, lighting controls, and other intelligent building technologies. You'll be the subject matter expert, providing first-line response to system faults, overseeing maintenance, and driving operational efficiency through smart building analytics. This is a hands-on role where your expertise as a BMS Manager will shape how the building operates and evolves. Your responsibilities as BMS Manager will include managing system performance, coordinating with suppliers and technical teams, supporting commissioning activities, and leading the integration of next-generation smart building solutions. You'll also mentor and guide staff in operational procedures, ensuring the building's intelligent systems deliver optimal performance and comfort. Requirements

  • Proven experience managing intelligent building systems (BMS, EMS, SCADA, PMS, lighting controls)
  • Strong technical understanding of IT/OT networks, Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, and system integration
  • Experience in building analytics, predictive maintenance, and smart building optimisation
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
