As IT Manager, you will be the strategic and operational lead for all things tech ensuring infrastructure, systems, and security frameworks align with business goals. Youll manage a small but skilled team and liaise with senior leadership to deliver IT initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the companys IT infrastructure (on-prem and cloud-based).
• Lead IT strategy planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage IT support operations and ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain robust cybersecurity protocols and risk assessments.
• Partner with department heads to deliver scalable tech solutions.
• Lead vendor negotiations and third-party relationships.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulatory standards.

• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with hybrid working environments and remote IT support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
