Head of Business Insight & Data Analytics

The head of Business Insight & Data Analytics will drive data-driven decision-making across Business Banking. This role focuses on building a robust analytics ecosystem, fostering innovation, and ensuring business continuity through advanced knowledge management. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on epertise in analytics, AI, and stakeholder engagement, while leading a high-performing team of eperienced analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a Team of 12 Data Analysts

• Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to a team of professionals.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Data-Driven Lead Management

• Design and implement frameworks to optimize lead generation and conversion using advanced analytics.

• Ensure actionable insights drive sales prioritization and effectiveness.

• Center of Epertise for Power BI

• Establish and manage a centralized hub for Power BI best practices, dashboards, and training.

• Promote self-service analytics and empower teams with intuitive reporting tools.

• Innovation & AI Enablement

• Drive adoption of AI and machine learning to enhance predictive analytics and customer insights.

• Identify emerging technologies to boost efficiency and competitive advantage.

• Strategic Prioritization

• Collaborate with senior management to align analytics initiatives with business priorities.

• Balance strategic projects with operational support across multiple teams.

• Knowledge Management & Business Continuity

• Develop and maintain a knowledge repository to ensure continuity and reduce operational risk.

• Implement processes for capturing, sharing, and updating critical business intelligence.

• Stakeholder Liaison

• Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders in Belgium & the Netherlands to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration.

• Foster cross-border alignment to strengthen analytics capabilities and business insights.

Do you have experience in Power BI?, * Proven eperience in data analytics leadership, preferably in financial services.

• Epertise in Power BI, data visualization, and dashboard development.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in business contets.
• Eceptional stakeholder management and ability to prioritize at senior levels.
• Eperience in knowledge management systems and business continuity planning.
