Data Analyst

We're looking for a Data Analyst with strong experience in SQL and Python to join our growing data team based in Manchester. You'll be working as part of a collaborative team of 7 analysts, helping to turn data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data today, while also being keen to develop into AI/ML and modern data warehousing projects in the near future.

What You'll Be Doing

• Writing complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyse data
• Using Python for data analysis, automation, and modelling
• Building and maintaining datasets to support reporting and analytics
• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver insights
• Supporting and contributing to data warehousing initiatives
• Collaborating closely with other analysts and data professionals in the team
• Getting exposure to AI/ML use cases as the data platform evolves

• Extensive experience working as a Data Analyst
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of SQL (complex queries, joins, performance)
• Solid experience using Python for data analysis (e.g. pandas, NumPy)
• Experience working with structured data and large datasets
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Salary up to £45,000, depending on experience
• Up to 20% bonus
