Job description
Act as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end delivery of a cluster (group of squads) within the CCE-I Tribe, ensuring alignment with tribe objectives, roadmaps, and KPIs.
Structure and prioritize complex delivery topics.
Facilitate cross-squad synchronization, ensuring dependencies (internal/external) are identified, tracked, and resolved proactively.
Monitor and report on cluster progress (burn-up/down, risks, impediments) to the Tribe Management Team, escalating critical issues with mitigation proposals.
Ensure compliance with frameworks, delivery standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., risk, security, audit).
Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and other squad members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across squads, removing organisational and technical blockers.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g. QAP, Scrum of Scrums, Refinement & Delivery Boards, etc.) at the cluster level, ensuring alignment with tribe-wide initiatives.
Promote data-driven decision-making by leveraging Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, flow efficiency) to optimize delivery performance.
Requirements
Please be aware for this role the successful candidate must have a belgium residence and speak English and 1 local language., Proven track record in delivering complex digital/IT projects in a scaled Agile environment, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
