Job description

Following the implementation of our new ERP system (IFS), we are looking for a Digital Business Support professional to support operational teams during the post-implementation phase and to drive the continuous improvement of business applications, including the IFS ERP.

You will play a key role in change management, helping business teams adopt new functionalities and optimize the use of approved business applications. You will act as the first line of support for business users.

Reporting to the IT department, you will report directly to the Digital Hub Manager.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for IFS users: prioritize and monitor requests, working closely with technical teams to ensure fast and effective resolution
  • Understand and analyze business needs in order to propose and implement structured improvements within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Manage relationships with external service providers within the scope of existing application maintenance (TMA) contracts
  • Foster a collaborative mindset and facilitate regular interactions with business teams
  • Ensure user adoption of defined processes and solutions to maximize the effective use of the ERP and other related applications
  • Ensure clear, positive, and reassuring internal communication regarding achievements, progress, improvements, and benefits
  • Provide regular, concise reports to management

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills; able to adapt to different stakeholders and creative in implementing solutions

  • Pragmatic, structured, and well-organized, you work rigorously according to defined methodologies to prioritize and track user requests in coordination with technical teams, ensuring fast and effective responses
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in ERP post-implementation support and follow-up in an equivalent industrial environment
  • Knowledge of the IFS ERP, with a business affinity for finance and/or sales, is a strong asset
  • Experience or strong understanding of business processes (in one or more of the following areas: R&D, production, project management, sales, finance) is essential
  • Experience with ticketing tools to manage and track business requests
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ticketing tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Willing to travel within the group's various entities
