Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and the eCommerce team.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Ensure clear communication between team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate project priorities when necessary.
Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Resolve issues promptly, escalating to senior management when required.
Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimise resource utilisation across QA, BA, and development roles.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive process improvements within the team to enhance efficiency and delivery quality.
- Stay updated on eCommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to inform project strategies.
Other:
- Plan and execute seasonal performance testing
- Proactively manage risks and issues
Requirements
Do you have experience in Leadership?, We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our eCommerce Development Team. The team consists of Quality Assurance (QA) analysts, Business Analysts (BAs), and Developers, working collaboratively to deliver cutting-edge eCommerce solutions.
The Project Manager will support the planning, execution, and delivery of eCommerce projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, and a proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
You will need to foster collaborative ways of working with the wider development, ecommerce and IT teams and external providers. You must be a good communicator, be calm under pressure and understand standard ecommerce functions., * Analytical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities who can collaborate with the wider teams across Digital, PMO and IT.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and team members.
