Job description
- Be an essential part of the Global eCommerce Team that defines, develops, and executes the eCommerce strategy for Henkel Consumer Adhesives
- Exploit the full potential of the Adhesive Consumer and Craftsmen Unit by building a data-driven management of online internal & external data and enable data-driven decision making
- Capture & translate consumer behavior data and requirements into recommendations for assortment, product innovation, price, placement and promotion
- Active contributor in international management team, closely collaborating with global and local ecommerce & digital teams and brands by selecting and managing agencies, service providers and tools
- Assessing value of digital analytics and business intelligence, recommendation on tools and leading set-up of solutions
- Act as a change agent to drive the digital transformation of Henkel Consumer Adhesives
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, controlling, statistics or information science
- 5+ years of professional experience, with a min. of 3 years digital performance analytics experience and strong understanding of data-driven management of user journeys
- Highly analytical, highly passionate about numbers and data with acute attention to detail
- Goal oriented working-style, reliable in project management with track record of success
- Strong entrepreneurial drive, pro-active personality who is curious and willing to learn about new technologies and businesses
- Persuasive communication style to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions, countries and external partners
- Excellent English language skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, tableau or other visualization tools and understanding of databases.
- Hands-on experience with common tools and/or platforms is a plus, such as Amazon Advertising, Google Analytics Platform
