MES Specialist

At the Kaiseraugst site, the Manufacturing Systems Support Team is responsible for the stable operation and continuous development of the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). To strengthen the team, we are looking for several experienced MES Specialists to support daily operations and strategically important projects in the pharmaceutical production environment.

In this role, you will play a central part in the support, further development and validation of MES systems - especially in the Rockwell PharmaSuite environment - and work closely with departments such as production, quality assurance, engineering and IT.

The ideal candidate has experience in the design and configuration of MES formulations , ideally with Rockwell PharmaSuite , is familiar with MES environments , and possesses a strong service orientation as well as the ability to collaborate professionally with internal and external stakeholders .

Tasks:

• Design, modeling and testing of MES production recipes ; master data management
• Configuration, implementation and validation of MES systems in a GxP-regulated environment
• Contributing to the further development of IT/OT processes in pharmaceutical production
• Close collaboration with business, QA, engineering, IT and external service providers
• 1st-level support including on-call duty in a rotating model (24/7)
• Support during go-lives, hypercare phases, and system implementations
• Collaboration on connected systems (e.g. SAP, EWM, quality systems)
• Active participation in optimization and digitization projects

Do you have experience in Logistics?, * a completed degree or training in the field of computer science, engineering, life sciences or logistics

• Proven experience with MES systems , ideally Rockwell PharmaSuite
• Experience in the design and configuration of MES recipes
• Very good understanding of GxP, CSV and pharmaceutical production processes
• Technical understanding, structured work methods and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong service and team orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary stakeholders
• Willingness to perform occasional shift work and on-call duty

Languages:

• German at C1 level , very good English skills (spoken and written).
