Job description

  • Provide 2nd line technical support across desktops, laptops, servers, and applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents efficiently and professionally
  • Support Microsoft technologies including Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune
  • Assist with system maintenance, upgrades, and deployments
  • Document fixes, processes, and best practices
  • Get involved in projects and day-to-day IT operations beyond traditional support

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support or similar IT support role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working across a broad range of technologies
  • A team player who thrives in a close-knit, fast-paced environment
  • Willing to take ownership, show initiative, and learn new skills
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technology to non-technical people
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and possess a valid drivers license, We are a collaborative company seeking a proactive 2nd Line Support Engineer to join our tight-knit IT team. This role offers the opportunity to take on varied responsibilities and contribute to the day-to-day running of our IT department. You will play a key role in providing support across a broad technology stack in a professional environment. The position is onsite five days a week.
