Job description

In this IT Operations Administrator role, you'll act as the go-to point of contact for IT support across multiple offices, working closely with a third-party provider while also getting involved in projects, improvements and upgrades that help shape how the business operates. It's a varied, hands-on position offering autonomy, visibility and the chance to see the direct impact of your work every day., * Act as the first point of contact for IT enquiries and support across the business

  • Work closely with external IT support providers to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Provide hands-on support for users, systems and business applications
  • Administer and optimise CRM, communications and internal systems
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes including account setup and permissions
  • Help coordinate and deliver IT projects, upgrades and system enhancements
  • Maintain documentation, asset registers, and compliance records
  • Contribute to best practice IT governance and security standards

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, * Technically confident with experience in IT support/administration roles

  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic about identifying and delivering process improvements
  • Familiar with CRM systems, user support, and project coordination
  • Driving licence (essential): pool car available

Benefits & conditions

  • Up to£30,000 basic salary per annum (DOE)
  • Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:00
