Job description

FMC are looking for a digitally capable, organised operator to support the smooth running of our commercial and product operations. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to help manage systems, respond to day-to-day queries, and keep processes running efficiently.

You'll be a reliable point of contact for operational questions, comfortable working across multiple tools and platforms, and proactive in helping reduce friction through better organisation, documentation, and system usage., Operational & Commercial Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for day-to-day operational and system-related queries, helping teams find clear and accurate answers.
  • Triage requests and issues, resolving straightforward queries independently and escalating more complex matters appropriately.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams with operational information that helps deals and campaigns run smoothly.
  • Help build and maintain internal FAQs, guides, and reference materials to reduce repeat questions.

Systems Administration & Support

  • Support the administration and day-to-day use of core business systems, including:
  • HubSpot
  • Calendly
  • Zapier
  • CRM and related commercial tools
  • Ensure systems are kept up to date, used consistently, and aligned with agreed processes.
  • Assist with basic automations and integrations, and work with others to implement improvements where needed.
  • Help onboard team members to systems and tools, ensuring they understand how to use them correctly.

Problem Solving & Process Support

  • Investigate operational issues by gathering information, checking systems, and working with stakeholders to identify solutions.
  • Follow structured processes to resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Flag recurring problems and suggest practical improvements to processes or documentation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve how information, systems, and processes work together.
  • Help maintain clear documentation and process guides.
  • Support incremental improvements that reduce manual work and improve consistency.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with modern SaaS tools and business systems including;

  • HubSpot
  • Calendly
  • Zapier
  • CRM and related commercial tools
  • Good understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear communicator who can explain processes and system usage in a straightforward way., * Dental practice: 2 years (required)
