Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join a Public Sector organisation in Birmingham. The role involves analysing and interpreting data to support business decisions in the analytics department.

Description

  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends and insights relevant to the healthcare industry.
  • Develop and maintain data reporting tools and dashboards for internal use.
  • Provide support for data-driven decision-making in the analytics department.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare detailed reports to communicate findings effectively.
  • Assist in ensuring data compliance with industry and organisational standards.
  • Support the team in improving data collection and analysis processes.
  • Contribute to the development of predictive models to optimise healthcare services.

Profile

A successful Data Analyst should have:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • Experience of working with healthcare/NHS Datasets
  • A solid understanding of data visualisation techniques, preferably using Power BI
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong ETL and Data Engineering skills

Job Offer

  • Outside IR35 Contract
  • 3-6 months, with possible extension
  • Day Rate £300-400 per day
  • Immediate start available
