Customer-focused attitude to support end-users and deliver a high level of service.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Prior experience working in the travel industry or in a travel technology environment. Understanding of corporate travel workflows or online booking tools is beneficial. Hands-on familiarity with one or more GDS systems (such as Sabre or Amadeus, with Galileo/Travelport as a plus) is highly advantageous - for example, experience using GDS terminals or supporting travel agency applications.
  • Travel APIs & Integration: Experience integrating or supporting travel platform APIs (e.g. Sabre SOAP/REST APIs, Amadeus web services, etc.) is a strong plus. Comfort with reading API documentation and troubleshooting data exchange issues between systems will help in this role.
