middle is partnered with an IT Managed Services Provider based in Farnham to onboard an IT Support Engineer! After placing within the business, we know firsthand how well they treat their staff and clients! This is a great move for a Service Desk/IT Support Engineer looking for the right environment to grow and develop their skills.
They love helping their SME clients in the region and are ever-growing, through natural business referrals - all thanks to the great engineers already onsite., You will be joining a close-knit team of Engineers to offer 1st/2nd line duties within their managed services team. Supporting end user clients with their day-to-day IT support, whilst gaining access to projects.
Requirements
- Proficient experience within Windows and MAC environments.
- O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Active Directory experience. (user admin and GPO level ideally).
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues within a fast-paced environment
- Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols - Routers, Switches, connectivity, VLAN
- A minimum of 1 year experience on a Service Desk/IT Support.
