Job description
We're looking for an Issue Management Administrator to join our Food Advisory & Training team - helping manage food safety and health & safety incidents, keeping stakeholders informed, and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys being at the centre of operations!, * Logging and tracking incoming issues (complaints and incidents) via web-based systems
- Recording supplier and client responses and managing your caseload effectively
- Liaising with clients and suppliers to resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Drafting clear, professional correspondence when required
- Maintaining supplier product specification details and ensuring records remain accurate
- Communicating investigation outcomes to clients and suppliers
- Compiling weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports related to complaints, incidents, and trends
- Monitoring emerging trends and escalating concerns appropriately
- Preparing sampling kits and managing sampling clients
- Handling phone and email queries, data entry, and report formatting

Requirements
Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Do you have a GCSE?, Are you highly organised, confident communicating with clients and suppliers, and motivated by keeping things running smoothly?, * Qualifications: Previous administrative experience
- English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and prioritise a busy workload
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work independently and collaboratively
