Job description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and organised Helpdesk Administrator to join their growing team based in Monument, City of London. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for clients.
You will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls and emails, coordinating service requests, and ensuring accurate record keeping across digital systems. If you have experience working with helpdesk platforms and digital logbooks, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Requirements
·Handling clients queries via phone & emails.
·Working with eLogbook's (Prior experience preferred).
·Ensuring accurate records and strong compliance support.
·Supporting auditing & digital logbooks.
Requirements
·Previous experience in a Helpdesk Adminsitrator or similar role.
·Experience with eLogbook's (Preferred).
·Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
·Confident working with IT systems.
·Right to work in the UK.
