Job description
- Act as automation-based quality gatekeeper for new features, platform changes, and integrations
- Build and embed automated quality standards and release guardrails in CI/CD pipelines
- Create automation frameworks validating features, workflows, and integrations at scale
- Provide go/no-go release decisions based on automated evidence and risk signals
- Develop quality dashboards and KPIs driving continuous improvement
- Ensure feature readiness meets defined business and user outcomes before release
- Prevent fragmentation, re-customization, and technical debt through proactive automation
- Collaborate across teams to enforce quality standards without direct authority
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years designing automated quality gates in CI/CD pipelines (NOT manual testing)
- Proven automation strategy experience for scalable digital platforms
- Strong knowledge of web platforms, CMS, APIs, PIM, DAM, CDP integrations
- Expertise in test automation frameworks and tools (Xray, Playwright preferred)
- Ability to translate business/user requirements into automated acceptance criteria
- Experience defining quality KPIs, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making
- Excellent communication skills to influence across CX, platform, and business teams
- Fluency in English and Spanish nice to have
- CET timezone availability for remote work
