HRIS Data Specialist

We're recruiting an experienced HR Systems & Data Specialist to join a high-performing People function and take ownership of HR and payroll systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement.

The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining, improving, and developing people systems, ensuring they support business operations efficiently.

Key duties include:

• Supporting HR and payroll system users
• Managing upgrades and testing
• Improving system configuration
• Handling supplier support cases
• Creating clear process documentation
• Supporting data and reporting requests
• Delivering training to colleagues

Do you have experience in ServiceNow?, * Proven iTrent experience

• HRIS and payroll systems background
• ATS administration experience
• Strong data handling skills
• Project or upgrade support experience

Desirable

• Experience with Halo or ServiceNow
• Exposure to system implementations
