Job description
- Provide expert support for HR and payroll systems
- Manage system issues and supplier relationships
- Configure and enhance HR systems
- Lead system upgrades and user acceptance testing
- Maintain process documentation
- Support people-related projects and initiatives
- Deliver systems training to internal users

- iTrent (HRIS & Payroll)
- Document Logistix
- ATS platforms
- Halo (or similar service desk tools)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Payroll?, * Strong hands-on experience with iTrent
- Background in HR systems or payroll systems support
- Experience with ATS platforms
- Understanding of GDPR and data security
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
