Job description

Please ensure you personally complete your application and read all the instructions carefully to maximise your chances of success., Working in the systems support team, you will provide effective and responsive support to schools in the use of their Management Information Systems and associated platforms. The role involves supporting schools with system configuration, data extraction and reporting, testing new MIS releases, producing guidance and delivering training. You will work closely with internal ICT teams and external suppliers to ensure information systems are reliable, secure and support school improvement and statutory requirements.
Requirements
You will have strong experience supporting information systems, ideally within a school or local authority environment, with a good understanding of data protection and national digital standards affecting schools. You will be confident supporting users at all levels, producing clear guidance and delivering training. You will be organised, customer-focused and able to plan your workload to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and service improvement are essential., This post is a designated customer facing role under the fluency duty and requires a specified level of spoken English as per the person specification.
