Online Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Tutor to provide personalised educational support to students across various age groups. Either someone with previous tutoring experience or someone who is willing to be trained. The tutoring company teaches financial education & wealth building. The CEO used to teach children of the ultra wealthy and is now on a mission to bring that same elite financial education to the general public. The successful candidate will facilitate engaging learning sessions, adapt teaching methods to individual needs, and foster a positive learning environment. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students' academic journeys., * Deliver live online tutoring sessions in designated subjects, ensuring clarity and student engagement.

• Develop customised lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style and requirements.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents (where applicable) to support ongoing development.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and progress reports.
• Utilise digital tools and educational resources effectively to enhance the learning experience.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages questions, curiosity, and confidence in learners.

Do you have experience in Tutoring?, * Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners. However full training will be given to those with none.

• Knowledge of special education needs and inclusive teaching practices is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting student growth.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable technology for online teaching (e.g., computer, webcam, microphone).
• Organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple students or sessions independently.
