Job description
We are seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer (Level 1) to support managed client environments in the Netherlands.
You will act as the first local technical resource, working closely with international senior leadership and supporting structured, well-documented Microsoft-based environments., * First-line IT support (remote and occasional onsite as required)
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
- Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) user and device management
- Intune device enrolment and compliance management
- Endpoint troubleshooting (Windows 10/11)
- Basic network troubleshooting (firewalls, switches, VLAN awareness)
- Ticket triage, escalation, and documentation
- Client communication and issue resolution
- Contributing to process improvement and standardisation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years' experience who wants responsibility, ownership, and exposure beyond a typical helpdesk role., * 1-3 years' experience in IT support or MSP environment
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Entra ID (Azure AD) familiarity
- Intune exposure preferred
- Windows administration competency
- Basic networking fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal English
