Job description
- Install, configure, and maintain client computer systems, operating systems, and enterprise software.
- Respond promptly to IT support requests and provide effective on-site or remote technical support.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Support LAN/WAN connectivity and ensure seamless endpoint device performance.
- Manage and administer endpoint deployment, configuration, and patching using SCCM tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain IP phones, desktop peripherals, and network printers, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
- Provide support to Level 2 and Level 3 teams by performing touch services for devices not accessible remotely.
- Install, maintain, and decommission audio-visual equipment and cabling in meeting and conference rooms.
- Manage issuance, tracking, and maintenance of loaner devices and peripheral inventory.
- Handle tape storage, retrieval, and offsite storage coordination as required.
- Conduct site surveys to support infrastructure upgrades and large-scale deployment activities.
- Advise users and stakeholders on hardware and software upgrades.
- Deliver basic training to end users on device usage, system functionality, and best practices., * Manage multiple support requests while maintaining service quality and response timelines.
- Provide clear technical guidance and user training to enhance end-user productivity.
- Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and asset tracking.
- Execute IMAC activities and infrastructure setup with minimal supervision.
- Support large-scale deployment, relocation, and infrastructure upgrade projects.

Requirements
- 6-8 years of overall experience in desktop support, end-user computing, or IT support roles.
- Strong expertise in LAN/WAN networking concepts and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with SCCM for endpoint management, deployment, and patching.
- Proficiency in supporting Windows operating systems and enterprise desktop environments.
- Experience supporting IP phones, printers, audio-visual equipment, and enterprise peripherals.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical users.
- Good organizational and inventory management skills.
