Data Migration Analyst - London

We're partnering with a Financial Services organisation delivering a key data migration programme and are looking for a detail-focused Data Migration/Data Quality Analyst to support the improvement of Legacy data ahead of system transition.

This role is critical in ensuring data is accurate, complete, and migration-ready - reducing risk and supporting a smooth implementation., Identify and resolve data quality issues within Legacy systems Support data cleansing activities (correction, enrichment, standardisation) Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems Track data issues and remediation actions Document cleansing rules and resolution approaches Support testing and validation phases alongside business and technical teams

Strong attention to detail and methodical approach Experience working with data in a business or project environment Understanding of data quality and cleansing principles Confident using Excel, SQL, or similar data tools Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable

Financial Services or Wealth Management experience Previous involvement in data migration or system change projects Experience with reconciliation, validation, or CRM/financial systems
