IT Support Technician

Dot-The-Eye Ltd are looking to employ a motivated Individual with an interest in IT support and web development to join our IT Team.

You will join a small but diverse team of professionals and get involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from meeting clients and discussing their requirements through to designing, developing and supporting bespoke solutions. We are customer focused and our business has been built on our relationships and ability to tailor our services to meet each organisation's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Providing IT support to our customers and other teams in the organisation

· Maintaining both customer and company SQL databases

· Supporting the web developers in the design, development and support of web applications/websites

· Possibility of attending customer events which may include travel abroad

· Working flexibly to support the management team and colleagues as required

Do you have experience in jQuery?, · Ability to work as part of a small team but able to take on responsibility and work unsupervised as required

· Able to multi-task and deliver projects to varied timescales

· Flexible and willing to accept changes in priorities as necessary

· Imaginative and creative in solving problems

· A critical eye with attention to detail

· A willingness to learn new technologies

Essential Skills

· Knowledge of Microsoft Applications

· HTML, CSS, JavaScript

· Working with relational databases such as SQL

Desirable Skills

· Knowledge of .NET framework particularly ASP.NET/C# (full stack)

· Bootstrap or other responsive frameworks

· Source control software e.g., Subversion, GIT etc.

· WordPress

· JQuery/Ajax

· PHP

· MS Teams configuration
