IT Technical Consultant

You will be responsible for designing and implementing customer solutions around IBM intel, storage and virtualization software.

This will primarily involve pre-sales and post-sales support for sales team and customers. You will be required to work pro-actively to help influence infrastructure solutions alongside the Account Managers. This will require a working knowledge of, and not limited to, VMware, Microsoft, as well as Intel, SAN and networking architecture.

• Abilityb to work proactively on a wide variety of issues and balance workloads
• Ability to communicate with end users in the business and up to IT Director level
• Likes a challenge and busy IT environment
• Willing to go the extra mile when major issues occur that will need resolving
• Willing to be on call and work overtime at weekends when required
