Job description

This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied client base, gaining exposure to multiple technologies while building your technical skillset in a fast-paced, supportive environment. What you'll do

  • Provide 1st line support across desktop, server, and network environments
  • Take ownership of incoming service desk tickets and see issues through to resolution
  • Troubleshoot across Windows, Mac, and remote desktop environments
  • Support Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Exchange, and Active Directory
  • Carry out system checks, monitoring, and documentation updates You'll work closely with internal technical teams and external clients to deliver a high-quality support service, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Requirements

  • Experience in a service desk or MSP environment
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and remote desktop services
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP)
