Job description

  • Manage the CRM calendar around launches, trading moments and peak periods
  • Build and optimise lifecycle automations (welcome, post-purchase, abandonment, win-back)
  • Develop smart segmentation and personalised content across European markets
  • Run A/B tests and turn performance data into clear, actionable insight
  • Work closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising and Brand teams

Requirements

  • 3-4 years' experience in CRM / email / lifecycle marketing
  • CRM background in ecommerce or retail
  • Hands-on Klaviyo experience
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, testing and deliverability
  • Confident with Excel / Sheets and performance reporting
  • Commercially minded, detail-driven and customer-first
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments
