IT Support

You'll provide 1st line IT support to Corin employees, acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day IT queries. Your main focus will be supporting internal users, setting up IT equipment and helping keep systems running smoothly., * Provide 1st line IT support to internal users via the service desk

• Set up laptops, monitors, peripherals, and system access for new starters
• Log and track IT issues accurately, escalating where required
• Assist with basic hardware and software troubleshooting
• Support user account setup and access requests
• Help maintain basic IT documentation and user guides
• Work closely with the wider IT team to resolve issues

You don't need extensive IT experience - some IT knowledge and a willingness to learn are key. Ideally, you will have:

• A genuine interest in IT and technology
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
• Confidence using computers and resolving simple issues
• Good attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused attitude
• An IT qualification or apprenticeship (desirable but not essential)
