Job description

An established property management company is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead and coordinate a wide range of technology initiatives, including enterprise software implementations, network upgrades, and infrastructure modernization projects across a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will serve as the central point of coordination between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

This is a highly cross-functional, client-facing role requiring both strong project management expertise and a well-rounded technical background. The ideal candidate has experience managing SaaS and property management system implementations while also overseeing network, server, and infrastructure-related projects. You must be comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on coordination in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with executive leadership, property operations teams, external vendors, and IT staff to ensure seamless delivery of technology solutions that improve efficiency, security, and tenant experience.

This role will be on-site in Marlton, NJ., Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards What You Will Be Doing Leading end-to-end delivery of IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Managing software implementations, including requirements gathering, vendor coordination, system configuration, testing, and deployment

Overseeing network and infrastructure initiatives such as system upgrades, site connectivity, and hardware rollouts

Collaborating with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria

Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation

Coordinating internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely project execution

Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle

Managing project budgets and tracking costs against forecasts

Providing regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders

Requirements

5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a mid-sized or enterprise environment

Experience managing full lifecycle software implementations (ERP, property management systems, or similar platforms)

Hands-on experience leading network, infrastructure, or systems-related IT projects

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including networking, servers, cloud environments, and security principles

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party providers

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms

Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)

Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and risk management skills

Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation Desired Skills & Experience Experience in the property management, real estate, or facilities management industry

Familiarity with property management platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, MRI Software, or similar systems

Understanding of vendor management and contract coordination

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure

PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project management certification, Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
