Job description
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide high-level IT support to manufacturing staff, employees, and various departments across the organization.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless problem resolution and maintain service continuity during extended hours.
- Manage, monitor, and respond to IT incidents using Service Desk software (Jira), ensuring proper logging, prioritization, and escalation.
- Support and troubleshoot corporate devices including laptops, smartphones, printers, and collaboration tools, maintaining high customer service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support or service desk role, ideally supporting high-priority or executive-level users.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, as well as mobile devices (iOS, Android).
- Proficiency with remote troubleshooting tools such as TeamViewer, Zoom, and VPN solutions.
- Experience supporting office productivity software like Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Slack.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, Active Directory, VPN, and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
