IT Systems Administrator - Battle Creek Area job in Battle Creek

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual) for production environments.
• Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect proprietary manufacturing data.
• Administer and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and other production-critical applications.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning for operational continuity.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for shop floor IT systems and end-users.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify/resolve issues to minimize downtime.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, * Experience with SCADA or MES systems.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus TCP, EtherNet/IP).
