Service Desk contract (12+ months with opportunity for extension or conversion) We are looking these three shifts: Monday - Friday 6a - 3p 7:30a- 4:30p 10a-7p Will train on a m-5 8-5 schedule. We would like this person to sit in their Evansville, IN location. The majority of the Service Desk teams currently sit in either Oshkosh, WI or Evansville, IN. We are looking to add a Service Desk Technician to their Help Desk team. This will be a 12 month contract with the high possibility of extension/consideration for conversion. We currently use a managed service partner for most of their Service Desk Operations, and are bringing this back in house. This role will be first level phone support for all end user issues over phone, email, and chat. We use the ServiceNow ticketing system. There is also an increase in tickets that are currently aligned to the O365 migration. Create a shortcut for Google search on the desktop. Pin Google Chrome to the taskbar Navigate to Device Manager Navigate to Services Ping a device Navigate to "Program files" from a freshly open Command Prompt Describe to a customer how to find their IP address Clear IE cache, also known as browsing history
Requirements
This is the perfect position for an entry-level candidate to gain real experience with a global company and add to their resume. They are also willing to look at candidates that have experience doing service desk analyst work in an enterprise environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
