Job description

  • Provide technical support for application systems used across the organization
  • Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure minimal downtime
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex application problems
  • Assist in implementing application updates and enhancements
  • Document support procedures and solutions for future reference

Requirements

  • Some application development background or network support engineering experience
  • Ability to write SQL queries and understand their business purpose
  • Project management skills and experience in security logging
  • Experience working in large, regulated corporate environments
  • Familiarity with GitHub, CoPilot, and documentation practices
