Job description
- Provide technical support for application systems used across the organization
- Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex application problems
- Assist in implementing application updates and enhancements
- Document support procedures and solutions for future reference
Requirements
- Some application development background or network support engineering experience
- Ability to write SQL queries and understand their business purpose
- Project management skills and experience in security logging
- Experience working in large, regulated corporate environments
- Familiarity with GitHub, CoPilot, and documentation practices
